I think it should be data.coop / base_domain:

{{ services.matrix.domain }} worked fine last time I tried. Just tried again with both, they both work fine.

When you open element.data.coop in a fresh browser session and hit "Sign In" it suggests using matrix.data.coop as homeserver. I believe it should be just data.coop, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

I have not tested it as I don't want to have another (unverified) session in my account. Someone reported issues with logging in on element.data.coop, though.

It should be matrix.data.coop.

matrix.data.coop is the public_baseurl0 of our matrix installation, and data.coop is the server_name1
