The current state is that our monitoring of mail delivery issues is to check the #data.coop:data.coop matrix channel for complaints about mail delivery issues. I hear it's possible to set up postfix to send out reports with mail delivery status, and I think we should consider this so we can monitor the situation without relying on user reports.
