I think we're going to generate new memberships for members on the administrative side, for as long as there are no "service levels" to choose between. I.e. there is only 1 type of membership that's relevant, so no self-service is necessary.

I would therefore consider that this should be replaced with: "There is no active membership on your account. Memberships are generated by an admin. If you think this is a mistake, please contact someone on chat/email".

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
