  • We should probably introduce our services in some high-level abstract idea. I was thinking like:

    • Chat: Matrix
    • Social media: Mastodon (& more)
    • File storage: Nextcloud
    • Calendar: Nextcloud
    • Password manager
    • Collaborative document editing: Nextcloud, HedgeDoc and more
    • Scheduling: Rallly

etc... but we should clue people in.

  • STRICT scope around the introduction to not overshare details in the beginning

  • More diagrams about our organization

  • Not so much "we want to this" or "we need to" in the beginning, it's all packed at the end

  • Make it fit in 45 minutes? I thought it got a bit long

  • Many questions around Mastodon, especially federation, might need to go slower

  • Pack some screenshots of services in case there is time.
