Add new sorting: UpdateDate that sorts by meta.updated. (#1452)

* Add new sorting: UpdateDate that sorts by `meta.updated`.

* Use `max(created, updated)` for sort-by-update-date

This prevents created but never updated articles from appearing at the end/not
appearing at all.
