## Overview

My name is Sam Al-Sapti. I'm a 4th semester Software Development BSc
student at the IT-University of Copenhagen. My main interests are IT
security, cryptography, DevOps and distributed systems.

Furthermore, I'm an advocate for online privacy and against the
surveillance capitalism done by big tech corporations (thus, you won't
find me on [Facebook](https://fsf.org/fb)).

I'm also a member of [data.coop](https://data.coop).

## My skillset

Some of the technologies and tech concepts I'm familiar with are:

* Programming languages:
  * C#
  * F#
  * Go
  * Java
  * Shell script
* Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
* DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud (DigitalOcean, Hetzner, etc.)
* Docker, virtualization software (QEMU, KVM, VirtualBox, etc.)
* Version control systems (VCS), such as Git
* Linux systems and server environments

I host some online services that anyone can use for free. As of now, I
