Ole Tange 6961852117 Fixed --header bug for multiline headers. +testsuite. 
Allow for --timeout 200.5% (float).
--workdir . --transfer fixed.

Ole Tange be6fe3846f parallel: Bugfix for -k --timeout used in --filter-host. 
--sshloginfile is now searched for in . too.
--timeout more efficient.
Passes testsuite.
