Ole Tange af23562d99 parallel: Fixed bug #42842: --bar with weird chars. Fixed bug #42845: rsync 3.1.x fails against 2.5.7. 
Give warning if reading arguments (for --eta/--bar) takes > 30 sec.
A few more characters annoy tmux.
