Ole Tange bf24d5e4db Fixed bug #52769: --lb puts stdout on stderr sometimes.
Fixed bug #52507: parset arr1 -v echo ::: fails.
--dryrun should not append to joblog.
Cleaned up print_tag().
Some testsuite reorg.
