This sounds more than reasonable to me. The upload limit wont hurt ridiculous resolutions on photos (that's already a problem w/ 50MB). And 100MB is a pretty good upper limit for small videos.

I don't know if Mastodon has a limit for photos, but it'd be much nicer if you could define a max resolution on JPEGs.
