data.coop welcomes you!

We are an association whose purpose it is to look after the members' data. Our core principles are

• Privacy
• Encryption
• Decentralization
• Zero-knowledge

Based on the core principles, over time we will provide online services to members. The main idea is, that we basically rely more on each other than on the "big ones" such as Google, Microsoft or Facebook.

The association held a founding general meeting in 2014 and was restarted in 2016. The association is now working on setting up the services. Soon you will be able to read here on the site, what you can get out of a membership as well as details on how to sign up and help build some cool stuff.
