Ole Tange 1a81db5e2b parallel: Test that PARALLEL_ENV as a fifo works. 
testsuite: Check normal installation (incl. building docs).

Ole Tange bf24d5e4db Fixed bug #52769: --lb puts stdout on stderr sometimes. 
Fixed bug #52507: parset arr1 -v echo ::: fails.
--dryrun should not append to joblog.
